clinic is the main one for the area and even receives patients
from the Kerio Valley an amazing 6000ft journey down the
escarpment.

nearest town is Flax a small town more reminiscent of Wild
West films with a single main street. It has an excellent
Market on Thurs, well worth going to buy local fruit & veg
and a cafe that is good for chips and small snacks.
Depending
on your experience you will be able to observe and assist
the nurses in a range of tasks to do with all aspects of
the delivery of babies and aftercare.
