AEC-TEA
is a community-based association located in Capim Grosso,
Bahia, Brazil. We are a group of volunteers working together
to organize educational and cultural activities and create
a space where community members can meet, exchange ideas,
discover strengths and talents, gain access to information,
have fun, and build friendships.
AEC-TEA
Associação and Volunteer Center seeks Volunteer English
teachers to work in Capim Grosso starting immediately. AEC-TEA
provides affordable courses of small groups with native
speakers, as well as individual tutoring for language teachers.
They
ask for a commitment of at least three months and give preference
to those who can commit to longer stays. Since AEC-TEA is
an all volunteer-run organization which receives no funding,
volunteers must cover their own food and housing costs through
a monthly contribution of R$250 (approx. US$110).
